The Surprise Candy Bag is full of delicious Japanese candy and snacks! You can also shop Japanese candy, snacks, stationery, toys, and more at Blippo Kawaii Shop.
Have you ever tried the Japan Candy Box? I’m so excited to share this fun box with you! The box I received was a Halloween themed one. Even though it’s no longer Halloween, Halloween is my favorite holiday and I’d be happy to eat these adorable Halloween-themed treats from Japan all year round. Japan Candy Box is also sponsoring a GIVEAWAY so you can win your own FREE Japan Candy Box! Click here to enter, or use the widget at the end of this post. The giveaway ends at 11:59PM on March 17th, 2021.
See below for a photo of everything that came in the box:
So many adorable Halloween-themed goodies from Japan! The first snack I tried was the Halloween Night Baby Star Ramen Snacks (Limited Edition). It’s basically a crispy chicken flavor ramen snack (mashed up ramen noodles, but you can eat it as is). Savory and addicting! I wish there was a bigger bag! After I tried this savory snack, I tried something sweet: the Spooky Halloween Black Thunder Choco Bar. This chocolate bar was a combination of dark chocolate and cookie chunks and crispy rice puffs. It was a delightful combination! The Witch’s Brew Mix & Match Gumballs were a fun idea, although I couldn’t figure out the flavors. They just taste fruity and sweet! I tried some by themselves, and tried some mixed together. All of them tasted yummy!
My favorite snack is the one you see below though: the Bokun Habanero Spicy Potato Rings! It’s not spicy at all though, but maybe that’s because I’m used to eating a lot of spicy food. It is rated with 5 peppers on the bag, but I’d say it’s only about 1 pepper. Mildly spicy, but so delicious!
Have you ever heard of Kawaii Box? It’s a monthly subscription box that is full of curated kawaii goodies from Japan. They offer free shipping worldwide, and you can check out their past boxes on their website. Kawaii Box was kind enough to sponsor a box for me to review, and they are also sponsoring a giveaway! You can enter the giveaway here. ^_^

Even the box that Kawaii Box ships out is adorable! I love the adorable pink print.
Upon opening the box, I was pleased to find another adorable print on the interior, and everything is wrapped in cute tissue paper and comes with a little pamphlet explaining all the items in the box.
Soooo many cute pastel things! I love everything in this box.
The pamphlet with Kawaii Birthday Home Party has a list of all items included in the box and explains each one. I love this touch, especially because without the pamphlet, I wouldn’t have known what the box of soda candy was or that the purple candy-shaped thing wasn’t candy but was actually a highlighter.
I almost missed the pen, but found it at the bottom edge of the box and took another photo of the pen with the sakura washi tape! These are two of the kawaii stationery items included in the box (along with the highlighter and pencil sharpener/eraser set). I really love collecting stationery, so I’m excited to use these.
Have you ever tried the Kawaii Box? If so, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Let me know in the comments. ^_^
